Misperceptions

I’m glad the US sticks with the navy blue jumpsuits for speed skating.  Whenever I see the red ones, I always think of the Koga ninja in Inindo – Way of the Ninja for the SNES.

I hated those stupid Koga.  Always trying to kill me for the money.

Matisyahu

This “King Without a Crown” song is really capturing my attention.  You know, if you haven’t seen the video, there might be a way for you to do that on this website!

You see, there’s this word, “king” … that’s part of the song title, you know?  And, the last time I heard, MS uses “wmv” as their file extension for Windows Media Videos!  And, I like to keep things in the root folder of my website, so, you know, www.antesonic.org, and then one of those slash thingies, followed by what would probably be the file name, which, you know, I always like to put in quotes.

So…

Yeah.

Thank Goodness

Daniel wins.  All is right in the world.  Well, except that Santino didn’t lose.

I was right about Kara.  Her only buoyancy really came from others.

Anyway… I’m losing interest.  I just hope Daniel takes it all, because he has the real talent.

Shock Value

Every time I see that commercial for the new Tony Scott film, I have to look up because they are using Three Dog Night’s “Mama Told Me Not To Come” as the background music.  We have that on vinyl at home.

I can’t remember the name of the movie, though.  No great loss.

In Closing

Before I resign myself to doing my class reading, I had a few issues I wanted to clear up:

• Prego wins over Ragu.  I had to get garlic/pepper medieval on Ragu’s ass tonight to bring it up to standards.

• Windows MCE 2005 burns an awesome DVD of your favorite shows, assuming you’re willing to wait 4 hours and have a program crash when it’s done.

• Dang, early Vertical Horizon stuff is awesome.

• Dang, the newest Vertical Horizon stuff is pretty mediocre compared to the early Vertical Horizon stuff.  Kristin: “I’m here, you’re here, we’re here, forEEEEEEVVVVVVEERRRRRRR!”

• DVD players should look sexier when they’re playing audio CD’s.  Why not have a UI?

• I’m going to be up so late tonight…

Don't Laugh, But...

I’m calling Kara as the elimination.  I’ll make her the 3:1 favorite, although my knowledge of oddsmaking is quite limited.

I favor Santino to win with very small odds.  It’s ridiculous, but this show is totally in the garbage can since last week as far as I’m concerned.

Wedding Bells Only Like 15 Months Away

I’m engaged!  Couldn’t have happened to a better girl, either.
