Halftime
At halftime, I would say OU is experiencing the Good Team Problem, meaning that the opponent is going balls out and OU is trying to hedge its bet at every juncture.
PT is throwing above and behind his receivers, but so did Hybl for goodness sakes.

Say 'Ahhh' ... It's Zen!
I had a sort of Zen flash of enlightenment while working on barre chords for the umpteenth time. It involves a sort of purposeful mental separation between the pointer finger and the other three operative digits during the formation of the chord.
Maybe it’s just mind games, but accuracy and quality are up to an unprecedented level. I’ve decided that the mere action of a chord change is so brief and focused that a lot of the actual performance is mental, once the physical skin-and-muscle-type constraints are sufficiently resolved. Tricks, therefore, are fair and effective games.

Milestones and Movies
I just lightly kissed my 179 lb moving-target weight goal this morning, marking somewhere around a 2 lb/wk average downward trend that seems to have resumed following a plateau around 184 a few weeks ago.
I’m not really making any judgments until things actually stabilize near the target, but I think I’m going to push toward 175, and then really go for muscle bulk in earnest, which I would hope would push me back near 177-182 without unduly bumping the BMI.
In more important news, I have received my pricey copy of Eraserhead and will be viewing it over the long weekend at some point. I also got Suspiria, which will probably be second in line but almost equally intriguing.

I Call B.S.
The following is a footnote from my derivatives book:
“Technically, a true butterfly spread is created solely with calls or solely with puts. A butterfly spread created by selling a straddle and buying a strangle is called an ‘iron butterfly.’”
In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida, honey. Don’t you know that I love you?

Long way off, but good news for those of us who have ever had to hack an RC file.

Must...Cluster
Cluster is coming, even if it means I sleep through the day tomorrow.
Cluster is coming.

Ha
There’s something so quaintly antiheroic about Bert’s quote, “Count’s Castle, by mammoth.”

Check out the left sidebar, on the bottom. I’m using a Facebook feature that appears to be about zero days old at this point.
